Opportunity to tender – accredited training for Higher Performing Workplaces

The West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges is inviting tenders to deliver new training through its Higher Performing Workplaces project.

Higher Performing Workplaces (HPW) aims to deliver packages of skills support to grow internal talent and provides European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) funding (40%) towards the cost of training to SMEs in the Leeds City Region.

The West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges (WYCC) wishes to appoint service/training providers to deliver Accredited and Industry Accredited training that delivers the key objectives of the project.

Training will need to cover the following requirements:

  1. Export and Innovation: Increase in-house skills and knowledge to access new domestic and international markets.
  2. Innovative Working: Assisting individuals to drive working and employment practices that support employees’ needs.
  3. Empowering Leaders: Progress leadership skills with specific interventions to support female employees.
  4. Effective Human Resources: Effective HR practices to support succession planning, encourage workplace diversity and improve workplace cultures.

The deadline for the return of submissions is by or before 5pm Monday 2 November 2020. Any submissions received after this time and date will be disqualified and will not be evaluated.

Training is 40% part funded by the European Social Fund enabling employers to access training at a reduced cost.

Applicants will evaluated on their technical submission 60% and commercial offering 40%.
