WYCC Joint Venture Partnership Opportunities
The colleges in West Yorkshire have an established partnership and an excellent track record of collaborative working. The seven further education colleges which make up the West Yorkshire Consortium have a Joint Venture to bid for funding to support businesses and individuals throughout Leeds City Region.
West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges, which was established in 2002, has over 10 years of experience in bidding and managing large scale pots of funding and has secured over £150 million through:
- £10m Skills Fund
- £55m Skills Enhancement Fund
- £56m Workplace Learning
- £9.3m Skills Support for the Workforce
- £2.8m Local Response Fund
- £7m English & Maths for the Employed
- £17m LEP skills service
Building on the success of our established partnership WYCC will shortly be releasing information on how partners can express their interest in working with us on future projects.
