WYCC Principals Discuss FE Impact at Recent LEP Dinner

Roger Marsh, Chair of the LEP, Joanne Roney, Chief Executive from Wakefield College and Skills Lead for the WCA, met with principals from the West Yorkshire Consortium of College including wider Leeds City Region colleges at Leeds City College’s Printworks Food Academy. Colin Booth welcomed the LEP to the college and praised the students for the delicious food and exemplary service. Peter McCann, Principal of Kirklees College and Chair of the WYCC, used the dinner to discuss the involvement, importance and impact of colleges on their local communities. This was endorsed by all.
