Digital Innovation: FinTech

As the FinTech sector continues to evolve, there is a definite rise in the use of certain technologies, including blockchain, programming skills, AI skills required including data visualisation tools and query languages to support increased growth in mobile payment technology and cloud technology compared to a significant density in the skills gap prevalent in West Yorkshire.

This project will focus on the development of FinTech future skills designed to meet the demand for talent expected to become increasingly competitive with the entry of new employers to the region.
