Welcome to the MedTech Collaborative Skills Partnership (CSP). We are a collaboration of local businesses, training providers and industry representatives who are developing new local training for MedTech, directly responding to business skills needs both now and in readiness for the future. We are actively seeking more MedTech businesses to join us and become part of the decision-making process to shape future skills in our region.
Our meetings are held monthly, chaired by Gemma Kurring, DePuy Synthes’ WW Director Supply Chain Product Management and supported by Bradford College. These meetings promote discussion on where the skills gaps lie within the sector and how best to respond to these using the funding available through Let’s Talk Real Skills.
If you would like to be part of the conversation, please get in touch. You are welcome to join our meetings or simply tell us about what kind of training you would like to see developed in our region. Let’s Talk Real Skills funding offers a unique opportunity to make significant changes to the availability of the right skills for your sector. Please help us to help your business by getting involved.
