The Creative Collaborative Skills Partnership (CSP) was established in 2020. The lead organisation is Luminate Education Goup and the CSP includes representation from several of the further education colleges within the Leeds City Region. There is also higher education representation from Go Higher West Yorkshire. In addition to this, the CSP is supported by key stakeholders, employer representatives and sector skills authorities, this includes Creative Cultural Skills, Grand Futures and Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership.

The aims of the Creative CSP are to:

• Gather sector skills and training needs (with a focus on SME needs specific to Leeds City Region for sector growth).
• Develop the capacity, skills and knowledge of training providers working with this sector.
• Address both short and long term needs for the sector through pilot training, new pathways, curriculum development and sustained engagement with SMEs.
• Address employment gaps within the sector.
• Address cultural and equality deficiencies in the sector workforce.
